See /usr/src/usr.sbin/ipf/ipsend. Run ./ipsend -d -L iplang.tst. It fails as it interprets the end of file as a " " (apparently). This code works fine under SunOS, Solaris, and a variety of other operating systems, so my guess is the fault is within lex or yacc under NetBSD.

Unknown. I've tried changing the yacc/lex files to work around the problem without much luck. I've compiled the latest flex and bison code which no change.
