alphaserver 1200's have their isa bus attached to a pceb, not to an

if you attempt to configure a minimal kernel with only the
devices shown in the boot messages, it fails to build.
the first thing to blow up for me is
sys/arch/alpha/alpha/pci_kn300.c;
kn300_iointr() fails to build due to an undefined variable
"mcpcia_eisaccp".

comment out the following lines in a kernel config file:
isa* at sio?
sio* at pci? dev ? function ? # Intel PCI-ISA Bridges
.. and config and try to build a kernel.
