>Description:
pkglint doesn't check for the existence of a pkg/PLIST file, but
'make install' hangs if it doesn't exist.
>How-To-Repeat:
Create a package without PLIST, try pkglint on it, try make install on it.
>Fix:
Make pkglint report an error if it can't find pkg/PLIST.
