as above
>Description:
There appears to be a memory leak in lfs_cleanerd.
After some stress-testing of LFS (over the course of a couple
of days), the process has grown considerable:
USER PID %CPU %MEM VSZ RSS TT STAT STARTED TIME COMMAND
root 278 5.0 26.6 130832 69008 ?? S Wed07PM 77:20.72 lfs_cleanerd
The file system in question is approx. 6GB in size.
>How-To-Repeat:
Run "bonnie -s 2000" in a loop over, and leave it running for
two days straight. (I've also added a loop which extracts and
removes the NetBSD-1.4.1 source tar files, and so far at least
the stability hasn't been anything to complain about.)
>Fix:
Don't know. Find and remove memory leak. :-)
