The vax will successfully load the bootloader via mop, then the
bootloader fails when it tries to'boot netbsd' with
?50 SCB2NDINT, XQB0

>How-To-Repeat:
Configure a DEQNA to xqb0 (say to avoid a conflict with a somewhat
broken Qbus MSCP SCSI card), type 'b xqb0', watch ">>NetBSD/vax boot"
information appear, then hit [RETURN] and watch it fail.
