System: NetBSD jove.stargate.net 1.4Q NetBSD 1.4Q (JOVE) #0: Sun Jan 23 10:38:54 PST 2000 root@jove.stargate.net:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/JOVE i386

>Description:
	Running "grep foo /dev/zero &; grep foo /dev/zero &;" with X
running wedges UVM into a loop 100% of the time.

It appears to be spending most, if not all, of its time in
uvmpd_scan.

>How-To-Repeat:
	grep foo /dev/zero &; grep foo /dev/zero &; top
Takes less then a minute to get into the loop.

>Fix:
	Don't know.
