jsecom11b.sun.com checks to make sure that the
city+state+zipcode 3-tuple is valid
the automate.sh script does not offer up
valid 3-tuples, so automatic downloading fails

cd .../pkgsrc/misc/staroffice
make fetch

change automate.sh
either generate valid 3-tuples
or escalate by choosing international addresses which Sun
will have trouble checking -:)
