it adds a feature: cisco detection. well, some ciscos. the routers
at least.
ciscos have nothing listening on port 1999 (as most things do not) and
if you send a syn packet to that port, you'll get a reset, as
expected. what ciscos do that most other things do not, is to put
"cisco\0" in the reset packet where the data lives. this patch adds
that ability to nmap.
