>Description:
Programs which uses curses, such as vi(1), more(1), etc. no
longer work properly. The screen is not initialized properly,
and the terminal is left in a junk state when the program exits.

>How-To-Repeat:
Build and install new libcurses and libtermcap. Attempt to use
	vi(1) and more(1).
>Fix:
Reverting libtermcap to May 29, 2000 sources works around
	the problem.
