I have something that allows mopd to send an ecoff kernel to a
decstation, although the code is not pretty.  I'd also like to add
support for handling an ELF kernel too.  I've already offered the
code to Klaus (then forgot to sent it to him - sorry Klaus!).

Mats - do you want a copy of what I've got?  Klaus - do you still want
a copy if Mats is going to work on this?
