>Environment:
System: NetBSD frau-farbissina 1.5B NetBSD 1.5B (FRAU-FARBISSINA) #37: Wed Jul 12 15:54:41 PDT 2000 thorpej@frau-farbissina:/u2/netbsd/src/sys/arch/alpha/compile/FRAU-FARBISSINA alpha
AlphaServer 1200 5/533, 1G RAM
>Description:
While building a NetBSD/alpha 1.5_ALPHA snapshot on my
AlphaServer 1200, the system crashed with:
panic: vgonel: not clean
The traceback is:
vgonel
vflush
nfs_unmount
do_unmount
sys_unmount
curproc is amd.
My 1.5_ALPHA sources are on another machine, accessed via
NFS, mounted with amd(8).
Any automounted filesystems that amd(8) is attempting to
unmount at this point should (there are two) should be busy:
/amd/yeah-baby/u1 -- home directories, there was a shell sitting
in ~thorpej at the time.
/amd/swinger/u1 -- where the 1.5_ALPHA sources are, either a
build was active, or had completed, and a shell was just sitting
there.
>How-To-Repeat:
Was building a NetBSD-1.5_ALPHA shapshot over NFS. I may be albe
to easily reproduce it by doing this again.
>Fix:
Not known.
