The lynx-current package is the latest release (2.8.3) The lynx package
is 2.8.2. Thus, lynx-current should be moved to lynx as the stable
version. I have some changes for lynx-current (2.8.4dev7) as listed
below.

I have posted patches to http://jim.spath.com//lynx-current-284dev7.html
The Makefile changes are rudimentary and in need of review, but I
was able to compile Lynx with NLS catalogs, install and run OK.
The SSL and IPV6 patches were not integrated. I think SSL should be
straightforward. IPV6 changes have been integrated from KAME to Lynx
source as of 284dev7 (see http://www.flora.org/lynx-dev/html/month082000/msg00044.html).
