The package doesn't install any of the message files that the PLIST says it does.
This means that you can't 'make package'.

type 'make package'
>Fix:
The configure script isn't being told that there are include files in
/usr/pkg/include, hence it doesn't find libintl.h. I think this causes
configure to not install the internationalised message files.
