>Description:
ipftest fails to compile. The function ipl_enable is implicitly
        defined in /usr/src/usr.sbin/ipf/ipftest/../../../sys/netinet/ip_fil.c
	line 440.
If one tries to compile and ignore errors, the ipftest binary
fails to link with the error:
cc -o ipftest ipt.o ipft_sn.o ipft_ef.o ipft_td.o ipft_pc.o opt.o ipft_tx.o misc.o ip_frag.o ip_state.o ip_nat.o ipft_hx.o ip_fil.o fil.o parse.o facpri.o ip_proxy.o ip_auth.o natparse.o
ip_fil.o: Undefined symbol `_ipl_enable' referenced from text segment
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

>How-To-Repeat:
	cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/ipf
	make
