	newfs creates way to many backup superblocks.  
	
	I'll resist the temptation to append the output from a recent
	newfs run.  On a 75 gig disk partition it scrolled by for over
	1500 lines of 6 entries each.  Thats over 9000 backup
	superblocks.

	newfs /dev/wd1

	make a much smaller number (say 10) backup superblocks.
