>Description:

while attempting to write a rc.d script, i went looking for documentation
for rc.subr functions.... i failed to find a man page, but i did find that
/etc/rc.subr has quite detailed internal documentation on each function.

>How-To-Repeat:

man rc.subr, and have it fail.

>Fix:

move (or copy) the guts of the documentation in src/etc/rc.subr into
src/share/man/man8/rc.subr.8, and xref this from rcorder & rc, at the
	very least..
