After refreshing the new bits in /etc from /usr/src/etc, upon a reboot,
I found the ipnat rc script griping about not finding /usr/sbin/ipnat.
I suspect that this is an rc odering issue, relating to mounted
file systems... ipf lives in /sbin but ipnat lives in /usr/sbin.
