	installboot won't install bootblocks on raw floppy.  The manpage 
	installboot(8) claims this will install bootblocks onto a floppy: 

           installboot -f /usr/mdec/biosboot.sym /dev/rfd0a

	It doesn't work, failing with the following error message.
