What's it do? What's it's _name_?

For the future, please include a description of the package in the PR.
At least, put the name of the package in the title. Keep in mind,
NetBSD is volunteer driven, so if you want someone to pick your new
package submission to work on over the others that have piled up, make
it sound interesting. ;-)

If you leave gnats-bugs CC'd in the reply, your response will be added
to the PR.
