After downloading binary sets with ftp into /usr/INSTALL, sysinst can't
find them. (They are still there on the disk.)
>How-To-Repeat:
Boot boot1.fs/boot2.fs from -r netbsd-1-5 of 19 Oct 2000. Go through sysinst.
Use ftp to grab from server-not-ftp.netbsd.org with username/password. watch
sysinst completely fail to find images.
