NetBSD dex.sko.juniks.org 1.4.2 NetBSD 1.4.2 (GENERIC) #53: Wed Mar 15 10:14:32 EST 2000 root@vlad:/usr/src/sys/arch/pmax/compile/GENERIC pmax

>Description:
Upgrading form 1.42 booting the 1.5 install kernel results in the install script turning all the letters and garbling the text.

>How-To-Repeat:
Just boot the install 1.5 kernel on a 1.42 system. Looks to me like some sort of miss with adressing the display.
I have a monocrome display in my Pmin.

>Fix:
The install routines on previous versions have worked fine.
I have had some general problems with unability to keep the screen clean from time to time, but with 1.42 the problems have been minor.
Perhaps a driver problem?
