>Description:
	Analog installs $PREFIX/etc/analog.cfg and analog.cfg.default
The analog.cfg will overwrite any previous contents, meaning
a 'make update' results in momentary confusion and an rcs command
for those of us lucky enough to keep our config under rcs or similar,
and probably ungentlemanlike language for everyone else

>How-To-Repeat:
install analog, customise $PREFIX/etc/analog.cfg, make update analog.

>Fix:
Do not modify analog.cfg if changed from previous installs.
