My "solution" to this was to move the pwd_mkdb up before copying
in ramdiskbin.  That way no code changes to pwd_mkdb were needed.
Also, there's no need to copy the MAKEDEV script, run it, then
delete it - just run ${.CURDIR}/...../MAKEDEV instead.
