I/O Data USB-ET/T is a USB ether device.
This uses KL5KUSB101B, so We can use this device to describe the Product ID
in 'usbdevs' file.
>How-To-Repeat:
When the device is inserted, it is attached to ugen.
This is because the kernel doesn't know the Product ID.
>Fix:
Use 2 patches below (for usbdevs, if_kue.c) and re-make usbdevs{,_data}.h.
