System: NetBSD lion.kerr1.com 1.5 NetBSD 1.5 (Akua-NBSD7-1.5-001215) #1: Sat Dec 16 17:32:15 EST 2000 akua@lion.kerr1.com:/huge/netbsd/15/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/Akua7 i386
>Description:
With an Adaptec 152 card (ISA) installed, booting the generic
kernel - or any kernel with scsibus and aic0 enabled - freezes.
The same card worked without a hitch in 1.41, 1.42 and 1.43 (the
only other versions I have had installed).
>How-To-Repeat:
Insert 152 card, boot with generic kernel. Freezes during boot right
after network startup.
>Fix:
Unfortunately, I don't know enough about scsi drivers. I'm looking
to copy the driver code from 1.43 over - but don't know if that will be
successful.
