	If ttye0 is listed in /etc/ttys, the system will stop after
	running ttyflags.  This is clearly a problem relating to the
	legacy ite compatibility.

>How-To-Repeat:
	Upgrade a system from 1.4 to 1.5 without creating the wscons
	devices, then boot, OR

	Add ttye0 to /etc/ttys and run `ttyflags ttye0'
