>Description:
"/etc/rc.d/ppp stop" does not terminate pppd processes that the
script started. This is particularly annoying for dial-on-demand
or persist users (i.e. when pppd doesn't die on hangup).
>How-To-Repeat:
/etc/rc.d/ppp start
/etc/rc.d/ppp stop
Notice that pppd is still running.
>Fix:
None provided.
