>Description:
Lynx cannot function as an ftp client in its precompiled
binary package form. Built from pkgsrc it surmounts this lack if the env var
USE_INET6 is first set to 'no'.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install the package and try to establish an ftp connection.
Notably, passive ftp fails even if the appropriate entry in lynx.cfg is
'TRUE'.
>Fix:
"set USE_INET6 = no" before making pkg.
