Hmmm...this is troubling, since the shmget(2) manpage suggests that
IPC_{R,W} are part of the interface exported by <sys/shm.h> and not
protected y _KERNEL.  I'll make another fix for samba, but this may be
something wrong in NetBSD 1.5.
