	after using zzz to suspend or sleep the sony vaio z505LS, it's
	yamaha audio chip produces nothing but high pitched buzzing while
	trying to use xmms 1.2.4 or mpg123 to play mp3s.  restarting the
	application has no effect.  reboot fixes it.
