>Description:

The x11/rxvt package has support for multibyte character glyphs disabled
(--enable-languages was removed from CONFIGURE_ARGS), because this support
is not done properly.

It is always enabled at runtime, regardless of the locale currently active.
This breaks rxvt for users of singlebyte locales which need non-ASCII
characters (> 127).

>How-To-Repeat:

Configure rxvt with --enable-languages and try to enter some german
umlauts.

>Fix:

Before support for this is enabled in the pkg, someone needs to fix the
handling for singlebyte locales.
