>Environment:
System: NetBSD polaris 1.5_ALPHA2 NetBSD 1.5_ALPHA2 (POLARIS) #1: Wed Dec 13 00:45:28 MST 2000 root@polaris:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/POLARIS i386
>Description:
Installed 1.5.1 on my laptop via a ray0 card (I was quite impressed
that that worked). After rebooting.. it complained that an invalid media
type of IEEE802.11 was found, and refused to fire up the network. Looking in
ifconfig.ray0, I found "media IEEE802.11", which ifconfig didn't like one bit.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install over a ray card.
>Fix:
It shouldn't put that media type there for the ray cards. Possibly other
wireless cards as well.
