>Environment:
System: NetBSD gellum 1.5W NetBSD 1.5W (GENERIC) #55: Sun Jun 24 19:27:47 PDT 2001 root2@c610:/usr/cvs/src/sys/arch/mac68k/compile/GENERIC mac68k
Architecture: m68k
Machine: mac68k
>Description:
When typing "reboot" either from single-user mode or when "su"-ed
to root, a kernel panic ensues after the line: "NetBSD does not
trust itself to update the RTC on shutdown..."
We then get the following lines:
sd0(ncrscsi0:0:0:0): polling command not done
panic: scsipi_execute_xs
Stopped in pid 262 (reboot) at _cpu_Debugger+0x6: unlk a6
This seems to be slightly intermittant (I didn't got it once when I
used the "reboot" command.)
>How-To-Repeat:
Type "reboot" as root.
>Fix:
Sorry, no reproducable method to prevent it, yet.
