>Description:
Several of the ftp archives for cdecl have bit-rotted; I wasn't able to
successfully get through to any of them (the last one, ftp.uakom.sk, took
so long to fail that I killed the ftp rather than letting it continue on to
the NetBSD.org emergency backup master site, which presumably would have
worked).  I investigated the first two dead links, and have a correction
for the first one.

and remove the gatech site (or spend more time than I did hunting around).
