	Try to build kde2 on the macppc platform.

>Fix:
	The problem appears to be the inclusion of machine/apmvar.h in
	patch-ai (which patches klaptopdaemon/portable.cpp).  That file
	does not exist in the macppc port (nor in most other ports), even
	in -current.  I don't know what is the best way to fix it.
