why would you review them?  this is the job for the gcc maintainers, in
particularly, the ppc maintainer.

   port forward the rest of the platform support from 2.95.3 to 3.0 and
   gcc-current.


actually, i have current submitted i386 patches for gcc, waiting for review
& acceptance.  i have also been trying to get sparc & sparc64 ones working
to submit.  sparc64 crashes as usual building libgcc, and sparc is getting
differences between stage2 & stage3.  (the temporary .s name is being
written in to the .strstab section for some reason, causing the comparision
to fail.  probably a bug in my configury.)
