the kernel options UVMHIST and UVMHIST_PRINT are not documented at all
that I can find. I was trying to get vmstat -H working, and could find
nothing about what kernel options were needed for it. hEFf on #netbsd
suggested trying options UVMHIST, which worked. I think they need to be
documented, especially considering how terribly spammy UVMHIST_PRINT is
if it's enabled.
