	send-pr in 1.5.2 sources lists default release as 1.5.1. Not a
	critical problem; it just looks somewhat bad.

>How-To-Repeat:
	Get 1.5.2; send-pr. Notice Release: string. 
>Fix:
	Change DEFAULT_RELEASE in send-pr Makefile
	$SRC/gnu/usr.bin/send-pr/Makefile approriately.

	(Better fix would be to be able to tune this sort of thing in a 
	more central place.)
