>Description:
In pkgsrc/<category>/<packagename>/README.html, is almost always the paragraph reading "Please read the file "pkg/DESC" for a longer description, or browse the package's history.". "pkg/DESC" does not exist at all, but "DESC" does.
>How-To-Repeat:
Start a webbrowser on "pkgsrc/README.html", wherever that might be. Visit any category, then pick some package which refers to "pkg/DESC". Try to follow the link. Notice the error message.
>Fix:
Move all "DESC" files to "pkg/" for each package in pkgsrc or change all README.html files to refer to "DESC" instead of "pkg/DESC".
