mail/spruce has a new master site, and the old one is invalid. However,
the new one was down also, and it was not possible to check the directory
where the tarball should be acquired. Therefore the new MASTER_SITES was
guessed.

Wait until sourceforge decides to work, and fix MASTER_SITES if necessary.
Might want to upgrade spruce while at it.
