Upgrade available of editors/hexedit, from 1.1.0 to 1.2.2

Changes :
- now displays the reached offset while searching
- many shortcuts added for different teminals
- replace llseek with lseek + use of _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64
- replaced lots of int by INT which 64bits
- yet again some s/int/INT/
- Some bug fixed
