functions when only the kernel is upgraded to 1.5ZA. (connection refused
when attempting to contact any site)

Yes, I know there is a mozilla patch for this, and the new mozilla supposedly
fixes it, but only when built under -current.  The problem I am describing here
is that something that worked under 1.5.1, no longer works in -current.
