	When building wget, it fails and lists gettext-lib as a requirement,
so I installed that. When I attempted to build again it it continued but then
the compile failed when the msgfmt binary was not on my system.  This is
in the gettext package, so gettext needs to be listed as a dependency as well.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Take a brand new nbsd-1.5.1 system, build the gettext-lib package,
then build the wget package.
