The stlport package depends on lang/gcc even on systems which have
gcc 2.95.* in the base system (e.g. -current). The dependency should be
active only for 1.5 and 1.5.* as they have the old egcs compiler.

I haven't had time to look at this yet, this PR is just to make other
people aware of the "problem".
