>Description:
	pkgver is a program that compares the RCS ids of the Makefile used when a package
	was installed with the RCS id of the Makefile currently in pkgsrc, and reporting
	mismatches. It is intended to perform the same function as pkg_chk -i, but is
	exponentially faster as it's written in C not shell script. Support is planned for
	an option to compare package version numbers instead of RCS ids in the next release.
