New package japanese/ruby/romkan is available, which was necessary to
use migemo.
As I'm not a ruby user, I'm not sure if it is OK.
Particularly, pkgsrc has several flavors of .rd handling
(install dir, whether to use RD_SRCS or not, ...) and I have no idea
which one should be used.
