There is no way with rcorder to vary requirements (REQUIRE/BEFORE)
in rc.d/* scripts (other than by editing the script)

Add -a and -b args to rcorder as
-a script:requirement
-b script:requirement
If a script is mentioned, REQUIRE and BEFORE lines in the
script should be ignored, and only those mentioned in the
arg list used.
Could add -p (PROVIDE) as well, but I'm not sure of a use for
that.
