	     'dllwrap' utility is a program, which allows to create 
	     gcc-style .a libraries out of .dll files, as a wrapper
	     for 'dlltool'.
	     
	     I found out, that it was compiled, but not installed
	     by NetBSD's pkgsrc.
	     
	     'dllwrap' highly raises ming32 functionality, so I
	     suggest this patch.
