>Description:
I am unable to connect to any quake servers with quake.x11 from
pkgsrc/games/quake. If I run a quake server with the same binary, clients
can connect from other hosts fine, but I can't even connect to that.

This is what I see if I have quake.x11 -dedicated running, and try to
connect to it from the same machine:
NET_GetMessage: disconnected socket
SV_ReadClientMessage: NET_GetMessage failed
Client unconnected removed

A friend who runs a quake server I was trying to connect to when I first
discovered this problem saw the exact same thing.
>How-To-Repeat:
run a quake server locally and try to connect to it or try to
connect to a remote server
>Fix:
Not sure - does this have something to do with there being multiple
network interfaces on this machine? I've got a dual port tl card in here.
