Sysinst attempts to core dump when there is no swap space, right after sets are installed when the installer wants to do "some system configuration"

Start a new installation using part of the disk and have no swap partitions in the disklabel (all unused or of other types) or set your swap to size 0

nothing to do but set up a small swap space and then get rid of it after rebooting
